Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Runway LK purchase. However, due to the high value nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any products, except in cases when you have received a damaged item. Therefore, we kindly ask that you carefully consider your order and read all the product information before placing any order. Please note all items are inspected and recorded prior to handing over to our trusted delivery partner.
Cancellation Policy
We are happy to process a cancellation and refund for any paid orders that have not been dispatched from our stores. Please Whatsapp us at +94713178578 or email support@runwaylk.com immediately if you change your mind on an order, and one of our customer representatives will get back to you during working hours. Please note that orders are usually packed and dispatched within the same day the order is placed, and once an order has been handed over to the delivery partner, we are unable to issue any cancellations or refunds.
Damaged Goods Policy
If you have received a damaged item from us, we apologise for the inconvenience. We constantly work with our delivery partners and take great care to prevent any damages during transit, but it is possible that problems may occur.
To resolve the issue, please message us via Whatsapp at +94713178578 or email support@runwaylk.com within 24 hours after receiving the package. Please include a brief description of the problem as well as a photo of the impacted item. Remember to provide the order number and your name as it appears on the invoice.
We will then arrange for the item to be picked up by our delivery partner and it will be sent back to our stores for inspection. Once the damage has been verified, we will proceed with issuance of a full refund. Please note the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Refund Policy
If you are eligible for a refund due timely cancellation of the order or receipt of damaged goods with conditions as stated above, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please expect the refund to be sent within 2 weeks of approval, or as stated by your bank.
